M.Tech Research
In this thesis, we have studied the effect of B-site doping on the morphology, optoelectronic properties, and phase stability of the all-inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite system. As a result of the doping, the formation energy of black α-phase of CsPbI3 has reduced from 320⁰C to 80⁰C. We successfully increased the phase as well as the ambient stability of the α-phase of CsPbI3with B-site substitution.
June 2015 - August 2015
Indian Academy of Sciences’ Summer Research Fellow
Performed photometric data analysis of the Hydrogen-deficient carbon (HdC) star HE-1015-2050 usingthe IRAF software package and reported the photometric variability of magnitude ~2.
Dec 2012 - Jan 2013
Winter Research Fellow
Demonstrated a simple, inexpensive, and robust optical technique that is useful for monitoring liquid concentration measurement in a real-time situation. The sensitivity of the sensor was also investigated and can detect the signal variation of ~2.5mV (LOD 0.5%).
